The Maker
I am the founder of Dilli House, a small-batch brand guided by the five senses. Our debut fragrance, Prem Rouge, is an alcohol-free, natural, layerable perfume developed and bottled in London.
Dilli honours my roots in Delhi; House represents the space where craft and care intersect.
The Operator
Alongside my own brand, I provide interim operations and project or programme management for organisations of any size and sector. I specialise in the messy middle: installing the operational architecture and discipline required to scale without compromising a brand's soul.

The Background
My approach is shaped by twenty years in operations and general management. I have managed teams of 400, co-founded a startup, and led strategy consultancies. Following a significant cycling accident in 2022, I pivoted away from the traditional corporate track to focus on projects defined by craft, resilience, and quiet rigour.
MBA, Indian School of Business. MA in Writing Poetry, Newcastle University. Currently completing a Project Leadership & Management Diploma with the Institute of Project Management.
I am also a published poet. My debut collection What We Say Is Home was published by Broken Sleep Books. Work has appeared in Under the Radar, The Cardiff Review, Tears in the Fence, and Strix, among others.
